I did an estimate\, and this should be about 2.5 hours.  Bring water and packed lunch!  \nPlease also note that it is a residential neighbourhood\, and it can often be full of cars near the trailhead. Please arrive early to find parking\, or organize group transportation among your friends. \nIf you want a ride from Vancouver around Oak/Broadway (or wherever east of there too)\, I can pick you up.
