Dear VMS Members, As a valued member in good standing, you are invited to attend the Vancouver Mycological Society Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, April 8 at 7:00 PM at Floral Hall. The AGM is held during the first quarter of our regular scheduled monthly meeting. Look for another email from us regarding the speaker and topic! Please note: Voting will take place ONLY IN PERSON and only during the AGM. (No online option is available) Each year, the VMS holds an AGM to conduct essential club business, including: Election of Officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary) Election of Directors (members of the Board) Review and approval of the financial report This meeting is required to maintain our status with the BC Societies Registry.
